The Mass Cruisers Auto Club 2023 cruise-in car shows have begun outside Bass Pro Shops at Patriot Place in Foxboro and will run from 4 to 8 p.m. The next show is May 4, but dates and times are subject to change due to weather or conflicts with Gillette Stadium and Patriots events. Cruise nights back at Patriot Place
Car owners and fans will be able to attend this free cruise night from 4 to 9 p.m. Guests will view vintage and classic cars from across New England parked throughout the Bass Pro Shops parking lot and take in the sights and sounds of Patriot Place. The dates are June 3, June 17, July 1, July 15, July 29, Aug. 19, Aug. 26, Sept. 9, Sept. 23, Oct. 7 and Oct. 21.

Money raised through the event will benefit School on Wheels Massachusetts, which distributes school supplies to Mass. children in need. Sponsored by JM Pet Resort, the event is dog-friendly and includes a 5K run and 2.5 mile walk. Visitors check out some of the rides at a 2017 cruise night at Patriot Place.
The Wheels of Time now plan to change the schedule for the month of July. They will host the event every Thursday night on July 16, July 23 and July 30, for now. The annual Run, Walk and Wag for Kids will take place Saturday at Borderland State Park in Easton.

Another popular spot on the south shore is Walmart's on Rt. 106 in Halifax, MA every Friday night during the season. Officially Walmart isn't hosting that event this year because of the Pandemic. However, there is a small turnout of classic cars and trucks that turnout on Friday nights. Just letting our readers know that that few Cruise Nights have started up after losing half the dates to the Corona19 Virus. The Wheels of Time out of Brockton, MA opened up their events on Thursday night, July 2 and July 9 at Raynham Park on Rt. 138 with a bunch of classics, hot rods, customs and motorcycles.
Every year, Cobra enthusiasts from all over the country gather for a few days of car fun. The main event is on Saturday on Main Street, London, Ohio with a cool awards dinner Saturday night. Some fellow passengers I spoke with on the recent cruise did Lanai and encountered lots of sea turtles and spinner dolphins. NCL expects to add crew members and open additional restaurants and bars in the coming month but doesn't anticipate being at full capacity with all venues open until late November or December. Also there's a small group of classic vehicles on Tuesday nights have been turning out at the Rite Aid Plaza in Canton, MA at Cobb's Corner, where the town lines of Sharon, Stoughton and Canton meet. If you'd rather dive into a snorkel adventure, two top catamaran excursions are the six-hour Molokini Crater & Turtle Snorkel ($249 per person) or the 8.5-hour Lanai Sail & Snorkel ($229). I did Molokini—an offshore crescent-shaped crater that's home to more than 250 species of tropical fish—on my first visit to Hawaii and enjoyed it.
From there, head back east and then north for stops at Wailua Falls and the charming town of Hanalei, where you can grab lunch and enjoy views of Hanalei Bay and the verdant green peaks of Kauai's legendary North Shore. There are several scenic beaches—including Secret Beach, Lumahai Beach, and Tunnels Beach—along the way, but parking is roadside, access can be tricky via steep trails and swimming isn't advised due to rough surf. The world's largest Cobra gathering has been one of the best events of the year for Cobra fans for over 20 years.
The Bass Pro Shops Cruise Nights with the Mass Cruisers are known throughout New England. Bi-Weekly hundreds of cars, owners and fans attend for FREE and enjoy all the sights and sounds of Patriot Place. Further west, stop in historic Lahaina, which is home to a massive 149-year-old banyan tree along with galleries, shops, and restaurants. In normal times the WOT would go every other Thursday alternating with the MA Cruisers of Norfolk, MA who host one the biggest Cruise nights in the country at Patriot Place on Rt. US 1 in Foxborough, MA That car club may not open for the 2020 season due to the large turnout of cars and fans adjacent to Gillette Stadium.
While this itinerary visits four islands, first-timers should plan for at least two nights on Oahu—home to Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head. Fly in early, book a hotel in Waikiki and try your hand at surfing or outrigger canoe paddling. If you feel energetic, reserve a time (early morning is best) to hike to the summit of Diamond Head for panoramic views. Or visit Iolani Palace and the Bishop Museum to experience the royal Hawaii of old.
Everyone in the auto industry attends this huge annual show. We've been attending SEMA since 1997, and each year, we have multiple booth locations, new product introductions, and VIP guests. SEMA is not open to the public, and you have to be in the automotive industry to attend.
